He is an honorary member of the Grand Lodges of Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, and Peru. He is a former District Lecturer for the Grand Lodge of Colorado (AF&AM), District # 53. He is a recipient of the distinguished James Royal Case Award for Masonic Research under the Grand Lodge of Connecticut. He is a Knight Templar in the York Rite of Freemasonry, and a 32̊ Knight Commander of the Court of Honor (KCCH) in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite (SJ). He is a Past Sovereign Master of Allied Masonic Degree Chapter 425. He is an active officer in the Societas Rosicruciana In Civitibus Foederatis. He has been knighted as a Sir Knight of the East and West in the Knight Masons of Ireland. In 2015, he served as Master of Kadosh for the Denver Consistory of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite for the Southern Jurisdiction. In 2018, he was voted as one of the Top Ten Esoteric Masonic Authors- (number 3 in living authors and number 7 among all Masonic Esoteric Authors in history), by the Southern California Research Lodge Fraternal Review survey.
Timothy Hogan currently serves as the world wide Grand Master of the Order of the Temple of Secret Initiates (O.T.S.I) , (a Knight Templar lineage). He has been knighted in France into the Order of the Paraclete and the Dove, and knighted in Scotland into the Order of Saint Andrews, and into the Royal Order of Scotland. He has also been knighted as a Gold Star Sir Knight of the Knights of the Glen.
